Dive into the interactive digital showcase Teknopolis, which has returned to the Brooklyn Academy of Music for its third year. This edition offers augmented screens that react to your movement, dancing robot flamingos, and an immersive virtual reality film. The show continues through March 10.

Bollywood seen
You can get into the Brooklyn Museum gratis tonight during the Target First Saturday party celebrating Women’s History Month. Special shows include all-female Indian dance collective Ajna Dance Company, which will blend Bollywood moves with classical Indian steps at 6 pm, and Brown Girls Burlesque’s political strip show titled “Arrest! Unrest! Herstory!” at 8 pm.

See Dollywood
Get up for brunch with Dolly! The Nitehawk Theater in Williamsburg will serve brunch along with a screening of “9 to 5,” the office comedy starring Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin. Before the show, the Brooklyn band Doll Parts will perform a 30-minute concert of Dolly Parton tunes. The movie starts rolling at 11:15 am.

Fat and happy

Bros on toes
The dance sequence in the 1943 musical “Stormy Weather,” was described by Fred Astaire as “the greatest dancing ever seen on film.” Those dancers, Fayard and Harold Nicholas, are the focus of tonight’s presentation “The Fabulous Nicholas Brother.” Bruce Goldstein, Film Forum’s director of repertory programming, will discuss the pair and screen rare personal and performance footage, recordings, and vintage photographs.
